The Story

Leaving the corporate grind behind, I was eager for something more fun and fulfilling. For eleven years, I worked as an orthopedic trauma rep, essentially an operating room caddy for surgeons, available 24/7. While it was important work, it left me feeling drained and eager for a change.

My true passion has always been branding and creation. Opening a restaurant was never on my radar, but pizza has always been special to me, thanks to fond memories with my late father. Our “slice of the dice” nights inspired me to create something he would love.

That’s how ZÄMBIES was born. The idea was simple: mix a comfortable aesthetic, with affordable, quick bites, bringing a bit of my Northeastern pizza love down south.

With ZÄMBIES, I combined my love for design, branding, and delicious recipes. It’s a place for folks to enjoy great food, connect, and have a good time. My goal was to create a welcoming spot where the customer is always right, encouraging everyone to unplug and enjoy the moment.

ZÄMBIES is more than just a restaurant; it’s an escape from the everyday hustle.
